On 30 June, the final review of the 14th "Challenge Cup" Shanghai College Student Entrepreneurship Plans Competition, hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Student Federation, and organized by Donghua University, concluded successfully.
In this year’s competition, Shanghai Theatre Academy made significant breakthroughs in both the level and number of awards, with the project team winning 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals and 1 bronze medal, presenting a significant gift for the upcoming 3rd Congress of the Communist Party of China at Shanghai Theatre Academy.
Shanghai Theatre Academy has placed great importance on participation in the "Challenge Cup" competition. Since the launch of this event, university leaders have shown great concern and provided guidance for the preparation work. Relevant functional offices closely cooperated, various colleges and departments made wide mobilization, and students actively participated. The spirit of innovation and the pursuit of excellence blossomed in the integration of science and art.
During the preparation process, the Student Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee actively organized and meticulously prepared, conducting multiple rounds of online and offline training, roadshow and defense simulations and the like to help participating teachers and students better understand the competition rules and continuously optimize their participation plans. After project reviews, special training, group guidance and semi-final roadshows, five works were selected to participate in the Shanghai College Student Entrepreneurship Plans Competition and achieved excellent results.
The "Challenge Cup" Entrepreneurship Plans Competition, as a major competition platform for the work of technological innovation, plays an important role in educating people through science and technology, practice and competition. Under the leadership of the university’s party committee, the Student Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee will continue to promote young students' participation in entrepreneurial practice, further cultivate the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability of Shanghai Theatre Academy students, and showcase the power of youth in the journey of Chinese-style modernization under the guidance of the innovation-driven development strategy.
