Recently, the SMG Campus Recruitment 2024 Special Session for Shanghai Theatre Academy was held at Duanjun Theatre.
Several alumni of Shanghai Theatre Academy, who are currently working in Dragon TV, East Radio and Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre under SMG, attended the event to share their career experiences and reflections, and to introduce the scope and characteristics of the work of their respective institutions.
The Chief Producer of Shanghai Rongdongfang Culture Media Co Ltd shared his team's work and needs from the perspective of backstage staff, and the Personnel Director of SMG's Human Resources Department gave a detailed introduction of SMG and its recruiting companies, as well as the campus recruitment process.
This recruitment event was a valuable opportunity for face-to-face communication between companies and students, and the atmosphere on the spot was warm, attracting the attention of a large number of Shanghai Theatre Academy students. The students actively learned about the recruitment requirements and process for each position, and shared their education and practical experience with the companies. The event not only brought employers and students closer together, but also allowed current students to get acquainted with the latest industry trends and familiarize themselves with and understand the current job market.
Thirteen companies under SMG conducted on-site recruitment for more than 40 positions, including presenters, choreographers, actors, copywriters, art teachers, visual designers, etc., while more than 70 other positions are available for online application.
