On the 16th of October, Ma Li, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Industrial Development of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Hu Enyong, Director of the Division of Industrial Development of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and their entourage came to the Changlin Campus of Shanghai Theatre Academy for a research visit, during which they had in-depth exchanges with Huang Changyong, President of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, as well as the persons-in-charge and teacher representatives of the College of Creative Studies.

Relying on the "Shanghai Key Laboratory of Literary and Artistic Creation in Virtual Environment" and the "Key Laboratory of Digital Performing Arts Integration and Innovation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism", the Shanghai Theatre Academy actively carries out interdisciplinary cross-research, academic exchanges and project-based practices in the development direction of "culture + science and technology".
