On 26 May, the graduation showcase and job fair for graduating students in 2023 at the Shanghai Theatre Academy College of Dance was held at the Shanghai International Dance Centre. This year's graduation showcase included classroom teaching demonstrations, a dance theater called “Shanghai, Shanghai”, and a showcase of high-quality dance works. After the showcase was over, the job fair officially opened in the front hall of the Shanghai International Dance Centre Theater. This job fair attracted the participation of over 50 professional troupes, schools, educational institutions, and performing arts companies from across the country. The fact that employers were able to have one-on-one interviews with their favorite students immediately after watching the performance greatly improved the success rate of mutual selection, and demonstrated the success of the "graduation showcase + job fair” model. At the same time, the smooth progress of STA College of Dance’s graduation showcase and job fair for graduating students in 2023 also attributes to on the quiet dedication of student volunteers.
