On the morning of 19 April, the summary and exchange meeting for Year 2022 on internal control management in the secondary colleges and departments of our university was held in the conference room on the first floor of Foxi Building. President Huang Changyong, Deputy Party and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Zhou Yin'e, Chief Accountant Zhang Jiachun, main party and administrative leaders and office secretaries of the secondary colleges and departments, as well as heads of the various internal control functions such as the Organization Department, Office of the President and Party Committee, Finance Office, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office, Procurement and Recruitment Centre, Information Technology Office and Audit Office, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chief Accountant Zhang Jiachun.
At the meeting, Chief Accountant Zhang Jiachun gave full recognition of the excellent results achieved by the university in the internal control annual report assessment for five consecutive years. The head the Audit Office reported on the overall situation of this round of self-evaluation and re-evaluation targeting the internal control management in the secondary colleges and departments.
Subsequently, the party and administrative leaders of secondary colleges and departments such as the College of Dance and the Department of Dramatic Literature shared their experiences and insights on the internal control work at the college and department level based on their actual work, which triggered lively discussions on-site. The heads of internal control functions such as the Organization Department and Finance Office provided relevant work-related briefings and training based on the annual special inspection for 2022 and this round of re-evaluation. Chief Accountant Zhang Jiachun summarized and supplemented the remarks and comments made various offices.
