In order to further serve the "Five New Satellite cities" strategy of Shanghai, promote the linkage between higher art educational institutions and regional basic education, and boost the layout and development of educational resources in Songjiang New City, the signing ceremony for the cooperation on the Songjiang Experimental School Affiliated to Shanghai Theatre Academy was held in Songjiang District on 25 November.
Huang Changyong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and the representative of Songjiang District jointly signed the school cooperation agreement. According to the cooperation agreement, the Songjiang Experimental School Affiliated to Shanghai Theatre Academy will adopt the school cooperation mode of co-development and co-sharing between an higher art educational institution and an ordinary school to carry out in-depth cooperation in building a distinctive brand of art education, planning and establishing an art curriculum system, and building of a team of art teachers, so as to realize shared resources, complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, thus jointly promoting the high-quality and balanced development of Songjiang education.

Li Qian, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Songjiang District, Wei Ming, Deputy Party Secretary of Songjiang District Party, Gu Jieyan, Deputy Mayor of Songjiang District, Yang Yang, Vice President of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and heads of the relevant offices from both sides attended the signing ceremony.
