In order to further study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, on the morning of 11 November, Zhang Jiachun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Theatre Academy Committee and Chief Accountant of Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) and Shanghai Conservatory of Music (SCM), led the party members of relevant party branches of Shanghai Theatre Academy and Shanghai Conservatory of Music and staff of relevant functional offices of the two universities to go to Shanghai Tech University for the party day study on the theme of "deepening the study of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and expanding the management perspective of a high-level university".
Jiang Ge, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Shanghai Tech University, accompanied the group led by Zhang Jiachun, Chief Accountant of STA and SMC, on a tour of a number of scientific research, teaching and auxiliary facilities of Shanghai University of Science and Technology. Through the tour and study, the group from STA and SCM had a deep understanding of Shanghai Tech University’s concept, advantageous disciplines and fruitful results with regard to the construction of a "double first-class university"
After the tour, Yin Jie, Executive Vice President and Provost of Shanghai Tech University, was invited to give a topical presentation on the construction of a "double first-class university". Zhang Jiachun, Chief Accountant of STA and SCM, highly praised Shanghai Tech University’s achievements in the construction of a "double first-class university", and asked the STA and SCM staff to further learn from such experience and use for reference. She hoped that in the future, the three universities would make win-win cooperation and give full play to their complementary advantages on the integration, application and development of science and art, and expand cooperation.
Party members and staff from the finance, assets, audit, procurement and other relevant functions of Shanghai Theatre Academy and Shanghai Conservatory of Music participated in the thematic party day study and engaged in interactive exchange with leaders and staff of Shanghai Tech University.
