On 21 September, the Central Group for Theoretical Learning of the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) Committee of the CPC held an (expanded) special learning session at the Changlin Road Campus, focusing on the study “Xi Jinping – The Governance of China IV”. All members of the party committee and the middle management team, as well as heads of all the basic-level party organizations, participated in the learning.
The meeting invited Professor Liu Jing of the Party School of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the CPC to give a tutorial lecture entitled "The Latest Achievements of Chinese Localization and Modernization of Marxism - Experience of Learning ‘Xi Jinping - The Governance of China IV’" . Xie Wei, party secretary of STA, made a speech at the meeting.
