On the afternoon of 16 August, led by Chief Financial Officer Ms Zhang Jiachun, the internal control working group members from the finance, audit and asset management departments of the Shanghai Theatre Academy and the Shanghai Conservatory of Music paid a study visit to Deloitte's Shanghai headquarters where they were warmly received by Deloitte's risk consulting partner, science and technology consulting partner and relevant project managers. The internal control group members toured Deloitte China’s office area at the Bund Center, 222 Yan'an East Road, Shanghai. With great interest, they learnt and talked about the firm's working environment and organizational management, as well as its younger and more diversified employee profile. All participants of the visit conducted an in-depth exchange on the current internal control work at both universities. In addition, the relevant Deloitte staff also introduced the application of the world’s most advanced Deloitte financial robot in the financial processes to the visitors.
This study visit not only enhanced the interaction and exchange between the two brotherhood universities and opened up the mind for financial and economic work, but also provided all participants with valuable experience for reference for broadening their horizons and enhancing management concepts.
