On 12 June, Associate Professor Bao Lei of the Film and Television College of the Shanghai Theatre Academy was invited by the Hubei Radio and Television Station to give a lecture entitled Explore the "Vanishing" of TV Hosts from the "Birth of an Actor" to more than one hundred radio broadcasters and TV hosts.
Associate Professor Bao Lei delivered his lecture in a number of sections including "Birth of an Actor", "Vanishing of TV hosts" and "Tremendous Change in the Form of Media". He introduced the relationship between the actor training and the program hosting, analyzed the current trends in the TV program production and hosting, and had interactive exchange with the radio broadcasters and TV hosts in the form of a workshop. The lecture was warmly welcomed by the participants. They said that they hope to have more courses like this one which applies what they learn to what they do, integrates closely with practical operation, and improves both theory and practice at the same time.
