Facing the current severe and complex pandemic situation, as a member of an art university, what should we do and how should we do? In this special period, we will truly record every bit of the actions taken by the teachers, students and staff of the Shanghai Theatre Academy. Art is a kind of warmth, art is also a kind of power, art can bring strength to others, and art can also inspire ourselves. Move forward with art! The pandemic is temporary, but art will last forever.
With the in-depth development of the battle against the pandemic, many teachers of the Shanghai Theatre Academy who are carrying out online teaching and working from home actively have taken the initiative to sign up for volunteer service in their local communities while completing the work tasks of the university. Among them, there are members of the Communist Party of China who have gone to make “double-registration” with the community where STA is located and the communities where they live in response to the call of higher-level party organizations, and there are also members of democratic parties and nonparty personages. We will continue to show some of STA teachers’ involvement in volunteer service.
