On the afternoon of 12 December, the National Finals of the 2021 "Star of Tomorrow" Shanghai Radio Host Trials were officially held in the Shanghai Radio Art Center. Wang Huihua, a student of MFA Hosting 2020 at our university, won the championship, and Jia Qingbiao, a student of BA Hosting 2019 at our university, won the third place. Led by teacher Li Zepeng, students of the hosting major in the freshman and sophomore years and some students of the Inner Mongolia 2021went to watch the competition and cheer for the contestants.
The "Star of Tomorrow" national finals were divided into two parts. The first part was double hosting, and the second part was impromptu interview. Under the historical background of a new journey towards the next 100 years, the contents of assessment for the hosts tend to be diversified, and the competencies required of the hosts also tend to be comprehensive. After two rounds of heated competition, Wang Huihua and Jia Qingbiao flexibly responded to the challenges and finally achieved the great results.
