Professor Zhang Shengquan, former director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Committee of our Academy and an expert on humanistic cultivation for teachers specially engaged by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, wrote a paper entitled “Research on the Role of Improving the Governance Ability in the United Front Work”, which won the ExcellenceAward in the essay solicitation event" named "The Centennial of the Founding of the CPC and the United Front" held by Shanghai United Front Theory Research Association.
