Hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy, the “Knowledge Contest on Learning Four Histories, Knowing School History and Using Xuexi APP" was held on 26 November. After the preliminaries and finals, the Party branch of the Humanities and Social Sciences Department won the first prize, the CPC branch of the Creative Studies College won the second prize, the CPC general branch of the Affiliated Dance School won the third prize, the CPC general branch of the dance academy won the wining award, and the other 16 CPC general branches and directly subordinate branches won the participation award.
This knowledge contest waspart of the 300 Day Action Plan of Shanghai TheatreAcademy in anticipation of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. It was held under the background that the CPC committee of our university is carrying out the in-depth study and education of the "four histories" and promoting the use of the Xuexi app among all CPC members. At the same time, it was timely to hold this knowledge contest while the 75th anniversary ceremony of Shanghai Theatre Academy was upcoming. After the notice of the knowledge contest was issued, the CPC organizations inall secondary units of our university responded proactively, and a total of 20 CPC general branches and directly subordinate branches signed up for the context.
When summing up the contest, Hu Min, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy, said that the contest was novel in its form and rich in the types of questions, it was not only an adjustment for teachers and staff members who are CPC members after their tense work, but also a highly effective learning effect, and at the same time, it fostered the communication among all CPC organizations in the entire university and built a platform for learning and interaction. She hoped that such activities would continue in the future, thus further expanding the channels of learning the "four histories" and the school history, and making the learning and education activities forCPC members more colorful and lively.
