To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of Shanghai Theatre Academy, the Chinese Opera College of Shanghai Theatre Academy staged two performances on 5 December at Shanghai Poly City Theater, i.e. Shanghai Youth Beijing Kunlun Opera Troupe Famous Alumni’s Edition of “Yang Silang Visits Her Mother”, and Shanghai Youth Peking Opera and Kun Opera Troupe Alumni’s Concert. These performances were broadcasted live online, and Chinese opera lovers were able to watch them via such online platforms as Kuaishou, Bilibili and Wechat official account of Dongfangdajuyuan (Oriental Grand Theatre).
