On the afternoon of 22 October, the special job fair of alumni enterprises for Year 2021 graduating students of the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA), hosted by the Student Affairs Office and co-organized by the Alumni Association, was held in the Duanjun Theater on STA’s Huashan Road Campus. This job fair was the first offline job fair held by STA under the condition of COVID-19 prevention and control having become normalized. A total of 20 alumni enterprises were invited to come for campus recruitment. The job fair, which was concentrated on job vacancies in the fields of culture, art, film, television and media, were mainly divided into two parts: presentations by participating enterprises and recruitment interviews. The job vacancies basically covered all colleges and departments of STA, attracting many prospective graduates to come and apply. Some popular enterprises had long queues lined up in front of their stands. At the end of the on-site job fair, some of the participating students reached preliminary employment intention with the enterprises concerned. Special job fair of alumni enterprises is one of the measures that STA has adopted to continuously expand the employment channels for graduating student, which makes full use of alumni resources to provide job vacancies for graduating students of the alma mater.
