On the afternoon of 3 September, the party branch of the College of Continuing Education organized all the party members to go to the Shanghai Exhibition Center for a visit to the Shanghai COVID-19 Prevention and Control Exhibition.
The exhibition is divided into nine parts, which shows in an all-round way the course of the fight against COVID-19 and the heroic deeds and touching stories emerged therein through more than 700 pictures and more than 200 groups of objects combined with means of multimedia. The teacher party members of the party branch of the College of Continuing Education were deeply moved after visiting the exhibition.
Recalling the hard time when the COVID-19 outbreak happened suddenly, the College of Continuing Education established the COVID-19 prevention and control working group following the party committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA), formulated the COVID-19 prevention and control plan and strictly carried out such work as collecting and reporting the health information of teachers and students. All the teachers overcame the difficulties and put the teaching arrangements of online courses in place in advance, thereby ensuring the continuation of classes at the College of Continuing Education during the COVID-19 outbreak despite the closure of campus.
The teacher party members said that they should make their due contributions to the COVID-19 prevention and control, and take the initiative to shoulder responsibility and make a difference in the reform and development of the College of Continuing Education, and make continuous efforts in one mind.
