In order to further implement Xin Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the19th CPC Congress, and further promote the overall and strict administration of the Party for in-depth development and extension to the basic-level organizations, the CPC Committee of STA has decided to formally launch the internal inspection, which will cover the STA College of Film and Television and the STA Affiliated Dance School as the first round.
In the afternoon of 19 May 2020, the STA Internal Inspection Leading Group and the STA Internal Inspection Team held the working meeting of the first round inspection, focusing on the training for members of the inspection team. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Yin’e, Deputy Party Secretary of STA, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, who is Deputy Leader of the Internal Inspection Leading Group and Leader of the First Round Internal Inspection Team.
The meeting was held in two parts. First of all, Chen Yun, Deputy Leader of the First Round Internal Inspection Team and Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee of STA, read out the document of the CPC Committee of STA on the establishment of the internal inspection leading group, and announced the list of members of the first round internal inspection team. Liu Chunyou, Deputy Leader of the First Round Inspection Team and Deputy Director of the Supervision Office of STA, introduced the work plan of the first round inspection and the division of responsibilities within the internal inspection team, and spelt out the disciplines to be strictly observed in carrying out the internal inspection. Hu Min, Deputy Party Secretary of STA and other members of the internal inspection leading group exchanged opinions and suggestions on the implementation of this round of internal inspection. Xie Wei, Party Secretary of STA and Leader of the Internal Inspection Leading Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
In the second part of the meeting, the members of the internal inspection team focused on learning the spirit of relevant documents on the work of internal inspection and made detailed division of responsibilities for the work during the inspection. Zhou Yin’e, Deputy Leader of the Internal Inspection Leading Group and Leader of the Internal Inspection Team, once again emphasized on the implementation of this round of internal inspection.
In order to effectively implement this strategic system arrangement of inner-party supervision and ensure the completion of this major political task, the CPC Committee of STA has attached great importance to the work of internal inspection. It has formulated the “Implementation Measures for the Internal Inspection of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy”, established the internal inspection leading group and the internal inspection office, adopted the “Work Plan for the First Round of Internal Inspection of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy”, and appointed the members of the internal inspection team. In order to make a good start and set a good layout, the Inspection Office of STA has done a lot of preparatory work and visited other universities and colleges to learn from them, striving to make the inspection work more detailed and practical so as to turn the inspection results into the practical effect of advancing the development of STA.
