On the morning of 22 April, the 2020 Conference of the Work of All-out Strict Party Governance of Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) was held. Xie Wei, Party Secretary of STA, attended the conference and made a speech. Hu Min, Deputy Party Secretary, presided over the conference. Zhou Yin’e, Deputy Party Secretary of STA and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, conveyed the spirit of relevant meetings of the superior authorities and provided a report on STA’s discipline supervision and enforcement in 2019. Zhang Jiachun, Chief Accountant of STA, provided a report on the audit rectification in 2019 and a briefing on the requirements for the preparation of internal control report for 2019.
During the conference, heads of Party branches of several colleges/departments shared the unique practices and valuable experiences of their respective Party organizations.
Due to the epidemic situation, the conference was held in two venues, i.e. online and offline. The main venue was the New Space Theater on the Huashan Road Campus, and the live video conference sub-venues were set up via the video conference system. More than 100 people, including members of STA leadership, members of STA’s Party committee, members of the STA’s discipline inspection committee, members of the middle management, heads of various basic-level party organizations, members of the discipline inspection committees of STA’s secondary units, and supervisors of party conduct and clean administration, attended the conference.
