Shanghai Theatre Academy holds a special study meeting of its party committee’s central group (extended) to study the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speec

On the morning of 9 November 2019, the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) held a special study meeting of its party committee’s center group (extended) in the 2^nd floor conference room of the Foxi Building at the Huashan Road Campus. The agenda of the meeting was to study communiqué of the 4^th Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee and the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection visit in Shanghai where he officiated the 2^nd China International Import Expo, and to set forth the arrangements for the next stage of the thematic education on Never Forget the Original Aspiration, Always Bear the Mission in Mind”. Members of the standing committee of STA’s party committee, all members of the middle management team and other relevant personnel attended the meeting, which was presided over by Xie Wei, party secretary of STA.

First of all, Hu Min, deputy party secretary of STA, conveyed the spirit of the 4^th plenary session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee and the requirements for study and implementation. Xie Wei, party secretary of STA, conveyed the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speeches made on three occasions, i.e. the keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 2^nd China International Import Expo, the speeches during the inspection visits in the Yangpu and Changning districts, and the important speeches after listening to the work reports of the CPC Shanghai municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Government. At the meeting, Xie Wei, party secretary of STA, set forth the arrangements in relation to the meeting requirements on the “Never Forget the Original Aspiration, Always Bear the Mission in Mind” thematic education in the upcoming period. Hu Min, deputy party secretary of STA, informed the participants of the arrangements for further carrying out the thematic education of Never Forget the Original Aspiration, Always Bear the Mission in Mind.

Finally, Xie Wei, party secretary of STA, made a concluding speech, and put forward specific opinions and requirements on studying and implementing the spirit of the 4^th Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping's speeches during his inspection visit in Shanghai as well as carrying forward the thematic education.
