The 4th “Think Youth” - Shanghai University Student Cultural and Creative Works Exhibition announced its various awards on May 24. The College of Film and Television of the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) won nine awards, including three first prizes, five second prizes and one third prize.
Seven of the nine award-winning works are the graduation works of this year's graduates of the College of Film and Television, which have received unanimous praise from the judges and audiences. This is a full recognition for teachers and students for their dedication to teaching and learning, and will certainly become the driving force for students to bravely enter into the society and continue to create better works. After the award ceremony, “Wake Up”, one of the nine award-winning works, was screened as an excellent work.
The 4th “Think Youth” - Shanghai University Student Cultural and Creative Works Exhibition is sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Education and Health Working Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Shanghai Municipal Education Committee and the ShanghaiFilmAcademy of the ShanghaiUniversity. As a comprehensive film and television exhibition platform, the “Cine Next Youth Film Exhibition” adheres to the spirit of Think Youth, collects and selects representative excellent works from major universities in Shanghai for screening, promotes the exchange and learning of young filmmakers in colleges and universities, stimulates the enthusiasm of young people for innovation and creation, and injects new strength into the development of Shanghai’s film and television industry.
