The 10th China Film Director’s Guild Award Ceremony 2018 was held in Beijing on the afternoon of 26 April. Ma Yili, an alumna of BA Acting1994 of the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA), won the Actress of the Year award for “Lost, Found”, and Wang Chuanjun, an alumnus of BA Acting 2004 of STA, won the Actor of the Year award for Dying to Survive.
Last year, Ma Yili and Wang Chuanjun returned to STA to hold screenings of Lost, Found and Dying to Survive respectively, and to share their journey of heart and feelings with the teachers and students of their alma mater.
