CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee announces new appointments to STA's CPC committee leadership team and administrative leadership team

On 27 February 2018, the new appointments announcement meeting for officials of the universities under the administration of the Shanghai municipality was held at the Party School of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee.

At the meeting, authorized by the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government, Mr Chen Xueqiang, Divisional Director of the Organizational Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, read out the announcement of the decision to reshuffle the CPC committee leadership teams and administrative leadership teams of 13 universities under the administration of the Shanghai municipality.

The new administrative leadership team of the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) is now comprised of Mr Huang Changyong, Mr Zhang Weiling, Mr Tang Litu, Mr Yang Yang and Mr Liu Qing. Among them, Mr Huang Changyong is President of STA, and Mr Zhang Weiling, Mr Tang Litu, Mr Yang Yang and Mr Liu Qing are four Vice Presidents of STA.

Ms Zhou Yin’e is appointed Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy Committee and Secretary of CPC Discipline Inspection Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy, and Mr Zhang Weiling is appointed Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Theatre Academy.

Ms Zhou Yin’e

Ms Zhou Yin’e, born in March 1970, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained through full-time undergraduate study and a Master of Law degree obtained through on-job postgraduate study, and is lecturer. Her previous positions include: Secretary of Youth League Committee of Shanghai Normal University, Secretary of CPC General Branch of Education Science College of Shanghai Normal University, Secretary of CPC General Branch of Utah Science & Technology College of Shanghai Normal University, Secretary of CPC Committee of Finance College of Shanghai Normal University, Secretary of CPC Committee of Education College of Shanghai Normal University, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Institute of Politics and Law.

Mr Tang Litu
Vice President, Shanghai Theatre

Mr Tang Litu, born in October 1963, holds a Master of Engineering degree obtained through on-job postgraduate study and is a senior engineer. His previous positions include: Director of Infrastructure Division and Director of Infrastructure Service Centre of Shanghai Maritime College, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of CPC Branch of Shanghai Shenjiao Investment Co Ltd, Director of Shanghai Education Infrastructure Management Centre, Assistant President of Shanghai Music Conservatory (on secondment), and Vice President of Shanghai Music Conservatory.

Mr Yang Yang

Part-time Vice President, Shanghai Writers Association

Mr Yang Yang, born in April 1963, holds a Doctor of Literature degree obtained through full-time postgraduate study and is a professor. His previous positions include: Professor at Department of Chinese of East China Normal University, Editor-in-Chief (Philosophy and Social Sciences) of University Journal of East China Normal University, Part-time Vice President of Shanghai Writers’ Association.

Mr Liu Qing
Vice President, Shanghai Theatre Academy

Mr Liu Qing, born in July 1970, holds a Master of Literature degree obtained through full-time postgraduate study and a Doctor of Literature degree obtained through on-job postgraduate study, and is a professor. His previous positions include: Deputy Dean of Theatrical Literature Department, Deputy Dean of Graduate School, then Dean of Theatrical Literature of Shanghai Theatre Academy.
