On 16 July, the 8th National Assembly of the China Theatre Association was concluded with a great success in Beijing. The 4-day conference elected the 8th Executive Council and Presidium. Prof Han Sheng, President of Shanghai Theatre Academy and famous scenographer, was elected Vice Chairman of China Theatre Association. Mr Luo Huaizhen, distinguished professor of Shanghai Theatre Academy and famous playwright, was re-elected Vice Chairman of China Theatre Association.
