STA's College of Continuous Education is contracted with Shanghai Women’s Federation to deliver advanced training program on “Artistic Cultivation and Women Affairs”

With the economic development in China, the country is placing increasingly higher priority on the cultural strength. The cultural cultivation of the female officials is of great significance to the improvement of their working ability, professional capability, managerial quality and governance competence.

In response to the country’s call for increasing the soft cultural strength, Shanghai Theatre Academy and Shanghai Women’s Federation entered into a cooperation agreement on the delivery of advanced cultural training to the executive committee members and delegates of Shanghai Women’s Federation. On 22 December 2014, Ms Zhu Qianwei, Director of Organizational Department of Shanghai Women’s Federation and Mr Ma Linhong, Executive Deputy Dean of STA’s College of Continuous Education signed the agreement on “Advanced Training Program on Artistic Cultivation and Women Affairs”.

According to the agreement, the “Advanced Training Program on Artistic Cultivation and Women Affairs” will be for 150 executive committee members of Shanghai Women’s Federation, delegates of All China Women’s Federation, Delegates to Shanghai Women’s Federation and officials of the offices of Shanghai Women’s Federation. The training program will be comprised of 10 modules, covering “Art, Chinese Ancient Culture and Wisdom of Life”, "Image and Etiquette”, "The Art of Voice”, "The Secret of Body Language”, "Control of Emotional Energy”, "Females in Classical Chinese and Foreign Dramas”, "Cultural and Creative Industry” and “Psychological Insight and Character Development” etc.
