Recently, Ms Allyson Green, Dean of School of the Arts, New York University (NYU), visited Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA). Mr Lou Wei, Party Secretary of STA, received the guest, together with Prof Sun Huizhu.
The host and guest reviewed with great pleasure the cooperation between STA and NYU over the past many years, especially, the cooperation on the Winter Institute project during the more recent years. Ms Green expressed that cooperation of this type is highly beneficial for the development of both universities and advised that she will plan to come to teach at the Winter Institute personally. In the meantime, she also proposed to strengthen the student exchange program with Shanghai Theatre Academy. Mr Lou welcomed Ms Green’s suggestions and expected that there would be more substantial cooperation between both sides.
