In the afternoon of 10 November 2014, the second performance given by the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) performance delegation was staged at Aula Magna, Stockholm University. The program of the second performance included Peking opera, Chinese violin (Erhu) solo, Chinese zither (Guzheng) solo, Chinese lute (Pipa) solo, Chinese musical instrument ensemble and dance solo etc.

Slightly different from the first performance, the vast majority of the audience at the second performance was Swedish people. The excellent performances were warmly and enthusiastically welcomed by the audience. A teacher of the East Asia Studies Centre of the Stockholm University commented that these performances expressed the subtle beauty of the Chinese culture and that it was a rare opportunity to be able to enjoy up close the beautiful Chinese traditional opera and music. She hoped that STA would bring more and even better performances in the future. Another audience commented that these performances would surely help increase the understanding between China and Sweden and that when introducing the Chinese traditional culture to the Swedish people, the STA delegation would also get to know the campus culture and arts education of European universities and this kind of two-way exchange would help consolidate the good foundation for strong friendship between the two peoples of China and Sweden.

After the performance, the senior representatives of the Chinese Embassy and Stockholm Confucius Institute invited the entire STA performance delegation to a celebration dinner.

For the STA performance delegation, it was pleasing and gratifying to see that the audiences of Stockholm were enchanted in the exquisite and graceful quintessence of Chinese arts. On this visit to Sweden, the STA performing delegation not only showcased the Chinese arts, demonstrated the charm of the Chinese culture, promoted the China-Sweden friendship and explored the performance market in Sweden, but also shouldered the higher mission of undertaking international exchange in culture and arts in a greater scope and at a higher level.
