On 7 October and 12 October 2014, the dance competition and theatre competition of the Shanghai leg of the 4th National University Student Art Show were held at the Shanghai Theatre Academy’s White Palace Theatre and Dunjun Theatre respectively. These activities were sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Educational Commission and co-organized by the Shanghai Science, Technology and Art Education Centre and Shanghai Theatre Academy. 57 dance teams and 29 theatre teams from the various universities in Shanghai registered for participation, reflecting the spiritual outlook of today’s university students.
