Italian actress Alba Rohrwaher, who won the best actress award at the recently concluded Venice International Film Festival, once visited the Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA) at the invitation of STA’s media research centre.
On that visit, she and Marco Muller, artistic director of Venice International Film Festival and Saverio Costanzo, famous director were accompanied by the Italian Consul General in Shanghai to attend the Italian film screening and academic exchange workshop held at STA, during which they had close interaction with STA students. Before the film screening and workshop, they were warmly received by STA Party Secretary Lou Wei and Vice President Gong Baorong together with professors and teachers of STA’s College of Film and TV.
