From today, STA will host Mongolia Nationality Film And TV Exhibition & International Seminar to enhance the communication and cooperation between STA and universities from Inner Mongolia and the Republic of Mongolia and to accelerate the construction of the discipline of Film and the key discipline of Broadcast TV Art. It is another major activity after 2010 Thailand Film Exhibition & International Seminar.
The delegation of the Mongolia Culture and Art University is led by the Vice President Gangqiqige, and the Dean of the Film and Theatre College, the Dean of the Broadcast and TV college and other eight experts came to Shanghai for this special occasion. Ten professors and experts from the Art College of the Inner Mongolia University, Inner Mongolia Normal University arrived Shanghai and visited our academy. Together with famous experts from STA and Shanghai, they will conduct profound discussion on the historical development and future trend of the Mongolia Film and TV. This seminar is the first time that China hosts a senior academic meeting, which is creative and meaningful.
During the seminar, 6 Inner Mongolian and Mongolian films will be put on the big screen in Duanjun Theatre and the Virtual Lab: A Brilliant Man, Genghis Khan, nominated by Oscar as the best foreign film, Season of the Horse, a prize winner from the alumina of STA and famous director Ning Cai, Genghis Khan Water Station, a film full with Mongolian folk features. New co-production Genghis: The Legend of the Ten produced by the Inner Mongolia and the Republic of Mongolia. The first feature film of the Republic of Mongolia, the Son of the Mongolia, is full of the value of history. Golden Hall reflected the passion in life of Mongolian people.
