Ms Zhou Yin’e was born in March 1970. She is of Han ethnicity, and her family origin is Shanghai. She became a member of the Communist Party of China in April 1988. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained through full-time undergraduate study and a Master of Law degree obtained through on-the-job graduate study. Ms Zhou began her career in July 1992, and her previous positions include: Secretary of the CPC Branch at the Shanghai Normal University College of Education Science; Secretary of the CPC Branch at the Shanghai Normal University Utah College of Technology; Secretary of the CPC Committee at the Shanghai Normal University College of Finance; Secretary of the CPC Committee at the Shanghai Normal University College of Education; and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Vice President at the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. Ms Zhou is currently Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Supervision Commissioner at the Shanghai Theatre Academy.
