The signing ceremony for the "Huashan Outstanding Talent Support Program" and "Innovation Team Launch Program" of Shanghai Theatre Academy was held on 12 April.

In this round, a total of ten teachers were selected for the Huashan Outstanding Talent Support Program, and seven teams were selected for the Innovation Team Launch Plan. Huang Changyong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of the university, introduced the background and significance of the implementation of these two talent programs of the university.

The university leaders signed the objective and task agreement with the selected talents, and issued the certificates to the selected young talents and innovation teams. At the same time, the university also arranged for the relevant university leaders to act as the contact persons for young talents. Xiao Xiangning and Li Shitao spoke on behalf of the selected  Huashan outstanding talents and innovation teams, sharing their feelings about being selected and their vision for the future.

Xie Wei, Party Secretary of the university, congratulated all the selected young talents and teams, and put forward requirements for the selected talents, their respective colleges and departments, and relevant functional offices.

2025 will be the year for the completion and acceptance check of these two young talent programs and it will also be a big day marking the 80th anniversary of Shanghai Theatre Academy. We wish the young talents would present a heavy gift for the university with their practical actions.
