Wang Fanghua currently holds such posts as Dean of Antai College of Economics and Management in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, member of Discipline Appraisal Group in Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, member of National MBA Education Steering Committee, member of Science and Technology Committee of Ministry of Education, Deputy Head of China Marketing Association and Director of Academic Committee, and Deputy Chairman of Shanghai Institute of Management Sciences.
His academic interests are marketing, strategy management and enterprise development theories. Wang Fanghua has presided at or participated in various significant projects, including one major project and two key projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, two key projects funded by Ministry of Education, and two projects supported by National Social Science Foundation. His Structural Reform of Pudong New Area’s Development took the 2nd prize of Shanghai Decision-Making Consultation in 1998. So far, he has published over 100 articles in the journals at home and abroad and more than 30 books. Moreover, Wang Fanghua has won the 1st prize of Shanghai excellent teaching materials for colleges and universities, the 1st prize of Shanghai excellent teaching fruits, and Shanghai Yucai Award. He now enjoys special government allowances of State Council.
