The 2018 Working Conference on Decision-making Consultation of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government was held on 2 May. At the meeting, President Huang Changyong of the Shanghai Theatre Academy was appointed special expert for decision-making consultation off the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. Mr Ying Yong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, gave a speech and issued the appointment letters to the newly appointed experts.
