Besides student volunteers from Fudan University and Shanghai Jiaotong University, the opening ceremony of the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) and three parallel forums also witnessed the hard work of student volunteers from Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA). Among them, some of the STA volunteers participated in the service at three volunteer positions one after another, namely, the volunteers uniform launch ceremony, the parallel forums and the national pavilion. They say that with a sense of mission in their hearts, they can emit light and heat wherever they go and bring happiness and energy to others.
The STA volunteers were from such majors as acting, broadcasting and professional hosting. After the conclusion of the opening ceremony and parallel forums, six STA volunteers went to support the service at the national pavilion where they guided the delegations from around the country to visit the exhibition at the national pavilion, and will continue to work until the end of the CIIE. The tasks and requirements in these three stages were different. They were all working hard to achieve the mission. Keeping in mind the mission to work hard, be dedicated and serve the country at all times, the STA volunteers were full of honor and pride. They were saying that STA is proud of us, and we are proud of our country.
CIIE is not only a grand event, but also a harbor for volunteers. All volunteers have special feelings for it. With CIIE coming to an end, the STA volunteers hope to make the best use of the last few days to make their contribution to CIIE.
