On 6 April 2021, the Shanghai General Station of the China Media Group signed a framework agreement on comprehensive cooperation with three universities, including the Shanghai Theatre Academy, the Fudan University and the Shanghai Jiaotong University at the International Media Hub of the Yangtze Delta Head Office of the China Media Group. Shen Haixiong, Vice Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and President, Secretary of CPC Group and Editor-in-Chief of the China Media Group, Zhou Huilin, Director-General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.
Xie Wei, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, signed the agreement on behalf of our university. This is a concrete practice of deepening the detailed cooperation in the field of universities after the China Media Group and the Shanghai Municipal Government signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement in 2018.
The comprehensive cooperation between the Shanghai Theatre Academy and the Shanghai General Station of the China Media Group is for three years. The two sides will carry out multi-dimensional and comprehensive strategic cooperation (including publicity and reporting, platform construction, talent exchange, think tank co-construction and joint events) according to the national strategic deployment and the needs of national and regional economic development.
