10 October 2020 was the World Mental Health Day. On the day, all students participating in the competition received the pre-training, gained the basic knowledge of mental health and psychological commissars, and discussed the cases together to explore solutions.
After full preparation, on the afternoon of 15 October, the Psychological Commissars skills Competition 2020 organized by the Student Affairs Office was held in Classroom 204 of the Red Building. The students spoke freelyexpressing their original aspiration and goal of becoming a psychological commissar one by one, and shared the real cases of helping others to help themselves. The judges, who were teachers from the Student Affairs Offices, listened patiently, asked questions timely, and gave thoughtful guidance. The competition then entered the knowledge contest and scenario casessession. After the contestants finished the competition, the judges provided guidance on the topics concerned, which the contestants found very helpful. Finally, the judges made comments and summarized the competition.
