In order to fully implement the strategic cooperation agreement signed between the Shanghai Theatre Academy and the Minhang District Government, create a cultural highland and cultural and creative industry chain in the greater Pujiang area, and jointly build a theme country park with film and new media characteristics, the Shanghai Theatre Academy and the Minfang Group held the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement in Pujiang Country Park on 28 September. Zhang Weiling, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and Yang Yongjian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Minfang group, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
In his speech, Vice President Zhang Weiling said that in the future, the Shanghai Theatre Academy will closely focus on the overall concept of "one plan, two bases and three mechanisms", deepen the joint efforts with the Minfang Group, and carry out all-round cooperation in culture, film and television, creativity, Party building and other fields.
One plan: Make full use of the advantages of the Pujiang Country Park, actively plan and build a theme country park with film and new media characteristics, create the Minhang cultural brand by opening up cultural space, increasing cultural interpretation, displaying intangible cultural heritage, developing cultural and creative products etc;
Two bases: Setting up two bases, i.e. the labor practice base and the employment and entrepreneurship base for students of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, in the Pujiang country park to promote the reform and development of education and teaching of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and enrich the operation mode and business environment of the Pujiang Country Park;
Three mechanisms: The Shanghai Theatre Academy and the Minfang Group should establish a long-term liaison mechanism, a Party building collaboration mechanism and a cooperative development mechanism, so as to further strengthen cooperation and exchange, advance hand-in-hand and develop together.
In his speech, Chairman Yang Yongjian said that since the official opening of the Shanghai Theatre Academy Changlin Road Campus, the Minfang group and the Shanghai Theatre Academy have been actively discussing cooperation mechanism and jointly exploring cooperation pathways based on complementary advantages and mutual benefit. The cooperation agreement signed by both sides today is the first cooperation agreement within the framework of strategic cooperation agreement between the Minhang District Government and the Shanghai Theatre Academy. He put forward three ideas for future cooperation between the two sides
Firstly, help the film and television and new media cultural industry take root in the Pujiang Country Park, and build the Pujiang Country Park into a theme country park with film and new media characteristics, integrating experience of film and television culture with tourism, leisure and entertainment;
Secondly, make full use of the location advantages and natural resources of the Pujiang Country Park, combine with the brand advantages and talent resources of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, strengthen joint efforts, jointly hold film and television theme activities, and comprehensively improve the cultural and artistic quality of the Pujiang Country Park;
Thirdly, actively coordinate with the reform and development of education and teaching of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, build the labor practice base and the employment and entrepreneurship base for students, and jointly enhance the reputation and influence of film and television culture and creative culture of the Minhang District and the Shanghai Municipality.
Han Yongsheng, Deputy Director of the Party Committee’s Office & the President’s Office of Shanghai Theatre Academy and Secretary of the Party branch of the College of Film and Television, signed the cooperation agreement with Yang Yongjian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Minfang Group. Zhang Weiling, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and Yang Yongjian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Minfang Group, jointly unveiled the plaques for the two bases.
