On 28 and 29 March 2019, Shanghai Theatre Academy (STA)'s blood donation activities in 2019 were held in the Huashan Road Campus and Lianhua Road Campus respectively. The enthusiastic participation of teachers and students of all colleges and departments demonstrated the enthusiasm for public interest and spirit of dedication of STAers.
The blood donation site was in good order and filled with warm goodwill and deep care. Students received the blood donation and felt proud in front of the camera taking a snapshot to keep a valuable memory and a witness of the youthful time for themselves. With their own action, they interpreted the spirit of the Red Cross which is humanity, universal fraternity and dedication.
In addition to blood donors, volunteers at the blood donation site also actively participated in providing the service, which ensured the smooth progress of the whole blood donation process. Teachers from the Student Affairs Department and student counselors from various colleges and departments came to the blood donation site give care and support to the students making voluntary blood donation, and told them to have a good rest.
This time, 224 teachers and students of STA successfully donated blood. They have fully demonstrated the patriotic dedication and social responsibility of STA teachers and students in the new era, and have contributed positively to the efforts of building the kindest, most beautiful, safe, harmonious and healthy campus.
