Zhou Yufei, a student of Year 2012 musical theatre class of Shanghai Theatre Academy’s Musical Theatre Centre, won the Third Prize for Arts Colleges Professional Group of the 2014 Voice of Musical Theatre Asian Competition which was held in Singapore in the middle of August 2014.
This international competition was a high-level one professionally, with a large number of contestants and intense competition. Zhou Yufei’s performance at the competition was “Dance Ten, Looks Three” selected from “A Chorus Line”, a classic Broadway musical play. She wouldn’t have achieved this success without the coaching and guidance provided to her by Wang Luoyong, Director of STA's Musical Theatre Centre and Chen Ran, her vocal teacher.
